$1700 per week off peak
$1,850 per week shoulder season (February and March 2011)
$2,000 per week 2010 school holidays
$3,100 per week Christmas/January 2010-2011
$2,000 Easter minimum 4 night stay
$500 per night, minimum 2 nights, available during off-peak times only, by arrangement, otherwise minimum weekly booking applies.

Pricing is subject to change and a minimum stay period
Deposit
A 50% deposit (negotiable) is required to secure booking, with balance (+$400 bond) to be paid 21 days prior to arrival.
